2014 Predict the Score: #6 Texas A&M vs #12 Miss St.

Predict the score of this week’s match-up that has the #6 Texas A&M Aggies traveling to Starkville to face the #12 Mississippi State

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Big Winner

Honestly, I think this is a first... or maybe a second... but a non-Aggie won last week.  Someone that is a fan of an SEC team, but was not necessarily pulling for either the Aggies or the Hogs, correctly predicted the score 35-28 and then won the tie breaker by coming within 9 percentage points of the actual: "What percentage of the time will Arkansas run the ball on fist down?" - which came to 27 of 35 times or 77%.

Please congratulate ghoward as last week's winner.  Special thanks to yune-aazatlan as well with his or her correct guess on the score, but losing the tie-breaker.

We also had record participation last week with 1,456 unique predictions.  979 from Aggies, 319 from Razorbacks, 69 from Other SEC teams' fans, and 89 from general college football fans (most likely our former Big 12 rivals).  You can see how each group predicted the outcome in the weekly results:

NOTE: Like every year, I will delete the obviously fake erroneous predictions (1 to 0, 1,000,000 to 999,999, etc) and will filter out the idiots who try to be funny with their fake usernames (YourMomma, AggiesSuck, etc). It won't work, just save me a little time and don't click the link if you are going to be an a-hole...
