Aggies at the Combine: Trey Williams

The Aggie running back is put through the paces at the NFL Scouting Combine

The NFL Scouting Combine continued with quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers on Saturday, and Aggie Running Back Trey Williams was among the group showing off his skills at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Trey Williams

A five-star recruit out of Spring Dekaney High School, Williams spents three years in Aggieland, foregoing his senior season to enter the NFL Draft. In 2014 he averaged 6.8 yards per carry and was second on the team with 851 all-purpose yards. In three seasons, he rushed for 1,343 yards and 18 touchdowns on 204 carries. Williams is slightly undersized, but has good straigh-line speed and is exceptionally elusive. If Williams gets drafted, it will most likely be in the later rounds, but he definitely helped his chances with a solid combine.
