The Senior Bowl is held in Mobile, Alabama and is an opportunity for NFL personnel departments to scout the top senior prospects in college football for the upcoming NFL Draft. This year's Senior Bowl will be held on January 24th and will be televised on the NFL Network. Teams are split between "North" and "South" squads, and are coached for the week by two current NFL coaching staffs. This year, the North team will be coached by the Tennessee Titans' staff, and the South by the Jacksonville Jaguars'.
110 college players are invited and take part in the event. 19 SEC players make up this year's roster, with Ogbuehi being the only representative from Texas A&M. Only Florida and South Carolina lack representatives from their SEC program in this year's Senior Bowl. Ogbuehi will be joined in Mobile with LSU OT La'el Collins, Auburn's WR Sammie Coates, Ole Miss' S Cody Prewitt, and Alabama's QB Blake Sims. Other accepted invitees include Baylor's QB Brice Petty, West Virginia's WR Kevin White, Nebraska's RB Ameer Abdullah, Florida State's OT Cameron Erving, and Oregon's OT Jake Fisher.
Ogbuehi is expected to continue the tradition of Texas A&M offensive tackles selected in the 1st round. He would be the 3rd consecutive tackle taken in the 1st round, after Luke Joeckel was selected 2nd overall in 2013 to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Jake Matthews 6th overall in this past year's draft to the Atlanta Falcons. Ogbuehi entered the year as one of the top offensive tackle prospects in college football, but did not have the senior campaign as anticipated after moving to the left tackle position from right tackle in 2013. Ogbuehi's draft "stock" should rise with eye-popping numbers at the NFL Combine in February and should be selected somewhere between 5th to 20th overall.
Mocking the Draft has Ogbuehi slated to go #26 overall to the Indianapolis Colts in their latest, way too early, mock draft.
Here is what the #NFLDraftTwitter is saying about Ogbuehi --
If you had a left tackle with Cedric Ogbuehi's feet, quickness and athleticism and added in Brandon Scherff's strength, you'd have a HOF.

Texas A&M's OT Cedric Ogbuehi just accepted his Senior Bowl invite. This is definitely one of the best Senior Bowl rosters in a long time.

Watching Texas A&M now. LT Ogbuehi looks like a mauler with massive size. RD1 possibility.
