We've got you squared away on some solid coverage for tonight's tilt here and here. More is on the way - replete with a special treat.
Ain't got time to fuss. This is it. We're in the Sweet Sixteen. Has that sunk in yet?
After 39 minutes of basketball on Sunday night, the grave had been dug. The Little Engine that Could was left for dead in Oklahoma City. Season over. House, Jones, and Caruso's careers were coming to a disappointing, sudden stop.
We were going to have to ask the all-too-common Aggie question of "What if?" after yet another A&M team fell short of its potential.
You know what happened next.
History was made. A team that was deader than disco woke the hell up and pulled off one of the craziest comebacks in the history of sports. I still have difficulty describing what I witnessed.
Revel in these moments. This is why we watch sports. This is the sweet, sweet reward for going through all the pain, frustration, and disappointment that comes with lost seasons and utter defeat. We have a team that lived to see another day and is dangerous as hell. There's no way in hell the Ags shoot the ball as poorly as they did on Sunday night. Chances are also slim that OU won't pour in threes at the same clip as NIU.
This super likable A&M team has just the right March recipe of senior leaders willing to lay it all on the line and wet-behind-the-ears, uber talented freshmen that are still too green to grasp the gravity of this moment. Teams with this makeup do damage in March.
Enjoy this ride. Beat the living hell outta OU.
