Myles Garrett and Christian Kirk's Heisman Trophy Odds from Vegas

Gotta love those odds.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Got some money burning a hole in your pocket that you wish to throw down on a bet that involves  predicting who will win the most contested award in the most wide-open sport in America months in advance? Belly on up to this sportsbook. According to professional sports handicapper Johnny Detroit, here is the very first hottest batch of Heisman Trophy odds for the 2016 college football season.

You will note that Texas A&M is one of only a select few schools with two players on the list (along with Alabama, Oregon, and Oklahoma). All those other teams finished inside the top 20 last year. Coincidence? You tell me. But the Aggies are the only team to feature a player from both sides of the ball. CFP Playoffs, here we come. Having two players also greatly increases the probability that a second Heisman will be coming to College Station.  When you add up 100/1 and 80/1 it comes out to like a 90% chance or something*. Good luck to the rest of the field, you'll need it!
