Both teams are explosive if somewhat streaky, and both are led by fourth-year head coaches who used to face each other in C-USA. Each team has been mentioned as a possible dark horse playoff team. Texas A&M is favored by a field goal, even though Arizona State is ranked #15 and the Aggies are not.
