AND SO NIT BEGINS. The Aggie Hoopers battled back from another huge blown lead against Montana and salted away the Grizz late in the second half to earn an opening-round NIT win. They'll take on Louisiana Tech this weekend and again the game is at Reed and we are all hoping to improve upon last night's attendance of 23.
22-0. Not quite the score of the baseball game, but not too far off as the Ags took down Prairie View 11-2 last night to extend that winning streak. The team travels to Alabama on Friday to take on the Tide.
FINEBAUM AT THE BAT
The outlook wasn’t brilliant for the Crimson Tide that day:
The score stood four to two, with but one inning more to play,
And then when Tammy hung up to listen, and Jimbo did the same,
A PAWWWLLLL-like silence fell upon the patrons of the game.
WARNING. The hotness of these TAEKS will melt your FACE RIGHT OFF. You know whose business this is? Chris Borland's. No one's forcing anyone else to be a sports fan or writer. Or a bumbling coach. (BERT, we were just beginning to like you a bit.) In the meantime, we can only hope that Chris Borland is sitting at home happily with his family and his well-earned pay and his entire healthy future ahead of him and not worrying about what a 43 year-old goateed Buffalo Wild Wings patron thinks about his masculinity.
Hello, uhh [cough] it's me WEDNESDAY TRENDSDAY. We regret to inform you that Wednesday Trendsday is out sick today. Wednesday Trendsday thinks it's probably allergies. Wednesday Trendsday had some bad sushi in Plano last night. Wednesday Trendsday's flight got delayed. Wednesday Trendsday ran into a huge hassle with the rental car and now Wednesday Trendsday doesn't know when it'll get here. Wednesday Trendsday is going to try its damnedest to be here tomorrow morning. We are sorry.
