Daily Bull 12.7.15: Hello Nashville

For all the Franklin American Mortgages

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

MUSIC CITY HERE WE COME. Welp, the big news from yesterday is that the Ags will be facing Louisville in the Music City Bowl on December 30th. Get excited, y'all. This is certainly better than playing an old conference rival 80 miles from campus but these are BUSINESS DECISIONS NOTHING TO GAIN DON'T NEED THEM ET CETERA. Anyway. We'll be bringing you all the ridiculously stale Petrino jokes you can handle while we frantically research some new material, so tuck in and get ready.

THE ACCOUNTENING. Curious about what an actual coach's poll Coaches Poll poll looks like? Here's a copy of some AD intern Sumlin's final ballot this year. Love that positive thinking, Coach.

CLEAR OFF THAT SHELF MYLES. The sophomore defensive end is up for a pair of end-of-season awards: the Hendricks Award and the Lombardi. We'll find out on Wednesday but regardless, #15 is pretty antsy to get on up to Nashville you see, because HOT STAT: Louisville finished 126th in the nation in sacks allowed.

Folks, you may notice a lot of Longhorns chattering on the Internet but remember we don't care about them and they don't care about us so frankly I don't see why we are worried about the fact that they're making fun of our underachieving 8-4 record following their losing season. Try to cut them some slack: this is their bowl game.

Have a fun Monday and keep on plowing through: we'll be into bowl season soon enough.
