Daily Bull 12.21.15: undefeated against the Big 12

Try to have a fun week

"DO YOU HEAR WHAT I HEAR?"
SAID THE AG FANS TO THE INTERNET

No. We have nothing new to report. Just the same vortex of shit swirling around the Texas A&M Football program. If these takes aren't volcanic enough, the information superhighway runs both ways. We're kidding. Come back. We'll post some movie gifs, we promise. Look, it's a bad deal all around to have all of this hanging over us in a cloud heading into the bowl game, but just try to enjoy your Christmases and maybe even some football and hopefully it will all get sorted out in the long offseason and next August we'll all be dreaming of ten wins and a NY6 Bowl invite. Keyboard angst has yet to solve any athletic crisis, though certainly not for lack of trying.

SORRY ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS et al.

Texas Aggie Men's Basketball notched possibly the biggest win of the Kennedy era on Saturday on national television, crushing 16th-ranked Baylor at home 80-61. With wins over Texas, Kansas State, and now Baylor, that's as many Big 12 victories as your run-of-the-mill Barone or Watkins season. This was the first ranked matchup in Reed for [scans memory] several years or so, a huge win over a bitter in-state rival. Feels kinda good and you know we're gonna beat this drum like a drummer boy

HEY BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT'S NOT JUST US ONLY MOSTLY JUST  US. The SEC West is a punishing, grueling mistress. Demanding beyond reason. It's a constant barrage of expectations, new twists, and soaring expectations and challenges each and every week. A real MEATGRINDA. So it's no wonder that nobody in the dang division is ever really happy. Well, except Dan Mullen and Nick Saban. They're bookending the whole enchilada and playing games online while the rest of the coaches steadily go mad. SEC.

F*CK IT DUDE LET'S GO BOWLING. Every day this week save Friday: bowl games all down the line. We'll hopefully cobble together installment two for you today but here are our musings on the weekend's action, and most of those games were pretty enjoyable.
