AP Top 25 released: Aggies #21

The first AP poll of the year was released today, and the Aggies are ranked #21. The Aggies are ranked #20 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll. Coach Sumlin has just named Kenny Hill as the starting quarterback for the season opener against South Carolina, who is ranked # 9. Other teams from the top 25 that the Aggies will face include Alabama (#2), Auburn(#6), LSU (#13), Ole Miss (#18), and Missouri(#24).
