Ohhh boy. Yes, another player gone. It's a bummer, it sucks, and it hurts the team, especially the defense. But it's not the end of the world. The season's still starting in just over five weeks. If it were easy, everyone would do it. [END CLICHED PEP TALK]

ANCHORS UP. This is sort of cool: the University will be working to restore an anchor found in Puget Sound a few years ago that may have been lost in 1792 during a Royal Navy survey. Take that, Vandy. I wonder if we'll schedule a home and aweigh with Navy soon. Maybe they'll put it up for sail. I hope we can stick with the whole project and not bow out. We need some stern leadership in order to keep an even keel on this one.

Well how about some good news for the defense? It looks like we might get some unexpected depth at safety after a little confusion about the enrollment options of Aggie commit and current Mississippi Gulf Coast CC player Justin Evans.
