OH YEAH, UHH, 2015 SCHEDULES. We'll have a complete article to you later on after y'all TAILGATE, but for now, here's a composite grid schedule for all 14 SEC teams. [Thanks, Shooter.]

Weeknight football. Did anyone happen to catch the game last night? In the revamped "Southwest Classic, Jr." Southwest Louisiana Louisiana-Lafayette Louisiana took down Southwest Texas Texas State to the tune of 34-10.  That poor coach had a national spotlight on his team and came out flat. You deserve no pity, Texas State. You hired this guy twice.

Once soundbitten, twice shy. It's starting to sound recycled and almost despairing at this point, but this week's press conference clips are up. You can get a heavy dose of the raw despair right underneath the worn-down veneer of platitudes and civility. The only thing that will fix this is good football, no matter how many times the same questions are asked and answered.

Those expectations again. The DMN revisits the struggles of late as compared to the huge start to the season, including the actual demeanor of the quarterback.

"People think I’m too chill," Hill said. "When I step on that field, I’m ready to go. I’m passionate about what I’m doing, I care about this team and the guys in the locker room. … There’s no part of me that goes out there ‘Oh, whatever.’ I’m trying my best to get a win."

Best of luck, sir. SEC Commissioner Mike Slive announced yesterday that he'll be retiring at the end of next July. Slive has had a great run as commish and has accomplished phenomenal things with the conference, and we wish him all the finest. Here's a quick primer from Team Speed Kills on his achievements along with a few possible replacements.
