Just six weeks after the 12th Man Foundation’s 12th Man+ Fund was shuttered due to IRS tax implications, Texas A&M donors have moved quickly to implement a new name, image and likeness (NIL) entity. On Monday, Texas Aggies United was announced as the official NIL partner of Aggie athletics, in collaboration with TexAgs.

TexAgs will provide digital content, administrative support and overall customer experience in this newly formed organization. Essentially, TexAgs’ “Stacked” player interview series will now be rolled into Texas Aggies United. In addition to hosting content, TexAgs staff will be involved in promotional opportunities and providing activations through their platform.
The subscription levels for Texas Aggies United start at $250 per year and go all the way up to $50,000 per year (monthly subscriptions also available), with corresponding benefits/perks for each level.
Texas Aggies United already has relationships with over 100 Texas A&M student-athletes, including:
- 48 football
- 13 men’s basketball
- 9 baseball
- 8 track and field
- 3 women’s basketball
- 3 soccer
- 3 women’s golf
- 2 volleyball
- 2 men’s swimming and diving
- 2 women’s swimming and diving
- 1 women’s tennis
Previously, TexAgs “Stacked” service aimed to give 75% of all funds raised to student-athletes. With Texas Aggies United, that number jumps to 85% going to Texas A&M student-athletes.
