Aggie Baseball releases 2024 schedule

After an up-and-down year two for Schloss & The Boys, our beloved Ags have finally released their schedule for 2024!

This afternoon, the boys over at The Corner finally dropped their schedule for the upcoming season. And with it, comes new excitement for a program undoubtedly on the rise. The squad followed up a surprising final four finish in Omaha two seasons ago with an uneven 2023 campaign in which they came one win away from winning the Stanford regional.

This offseason has seen former pitching coach Nate Yeskie head to Baton Rouge to team up with his old pal, Jay Johnson, subsequently replacing the renowned coach with Max Weiner, of the Seattle Mariners organization. They’ve also added a heap of talented players from the high school ranks, as well as a transfer class highlighted by D1Baseball’s No. 1 rated transfer, in two-way star Braden Montgomery from Stanford.

Without further ado, here’s the Ags’ 2024 schedule:

The Ags kick off the season post-Valentine’s Day weekend against McNeese State (and former Aggie catcher Mikey Hoehner!). To kick off March, the Aggies will head to Globe Life Field to take on Arizona State and USC, before heading to Austin for the final non-conference game against our favorite people on planet earth before... you know.

The Ags open SEC play in Gainesville March 15-17, with trips to South Carolina, Tuscaloosa, The Box, and Rocktown Oxford. There’s also a sneaky-good trip to San Marcos at the beginning of April, which should be a good one.

There’s lots to look forward to in 2024. And the SEC should be as strong as ever. See y’all at Olsen!
