In the world of recruiting, a punter doesn’t generally move the needle, but any football fan also knows the pain of not having a good one. Well Texas A&M seemed to secure their punting future on Monday with the commitment from Southlake Carroll’s Tyler White.
After a great visit with Coach Fisher and @CoachERussell I have received a full football scholarship offer to Texas A&M!! With that being said, I’m proud to announce that I am committing to continue my academic, football, and pursue my baseball career at Texas A&M!!! I don’t pretend to have any working knowledge of punting recruits, but he seems to be pretty good. He is a 2023 All American Bowl member, and at 6’5”, 200 pounds, will reportedly also look to play baseball for the Aggies.
