The 2021 football season is nigh upon us, and if you’re a sneakerhead, or just an Aggie who enjoys comfortable sneakers, today is your lucky day. Adidas has officially launched their college-branded colorways of the Ultra Boost 21, the newest in their flagship line of sneakers featuring their Boost cushioning technology. The Texas A&M-branded shoe is gray, with maroon accents, and features A&M logos in the tongue and heel tab, along with “GIG ‘EM” printed on the insole. It’s is available now on Adidas.com for $180 when you sign up for a Creators Club membership (which is free).
A&M was one of nine schools to receive a branded Ultra Boost 21, along with fellow Adidas schools Arizona State, Indiana, Kansas, Louisville, Miami, Mississippi State, NC State and Nebraska.

This is the fourth time Adidas has created a Texas A&M Ultra Boost, joining the original white 2.0 pattern in 2016, the white/maroon 4.0 pattern from 2018, and the return to a 1.0 in all maroon in 2020. If you’re in need of a new maroon shoe for gameday this fall, you could certainly do a lot worse.
