Defensive Tackle Bobby Brown became the second Texas A&M Aggie selected in the 2021 NFL Draft when he was taken by the Los Angeles Rams with the 117th overall pick.

Brown declared for the draft after three years in College Station, setting career highs in tackles, sacks and tackles for loss in 2020 despite a pandemic-shortened season. He’ll get to learn under the best defensive tackle in the NFL in the Rams’ Aaron Donald, and has the size and skill set to immediately work his way into the LA defensive rotation.

According to Spotrac.com, Brown should be in line for an approximately $850,000 signing bonus and a total contract worth of $4.2 million.

Congratulations Bobby!
