You may have enjoyed the chaos of the men’s NCAA Tournament, but for Aggie fans, the real tournament begins today. Your Texas A&M women’s team is a 2-seed in the Mercado Region, and begin play tonight at 5 p.m. against 15-seed Troy. The game is being played at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin and airs on ESPN2.

The Aggie women just completed one of the best regular seasons in program history, entering the tourney at 23-2 (13-1), winning their first regular season SEC Championship since joining the conference in 2012. They are currently ranked No. 4 in the AP Top 25. Their opponent, Troy, is 22-5 (15-2), and are fresh off a Sun Belt Conference Tournament win. They’re also currently on an 11-game win streak.
