A big recruiting day just got even bigger. Shortly after Texas A&M received a commitment from five-star DL Walter Nolen, they received their second commitment of the day from yet another top 100 player, Fort Bend Marshall WR Chris Marshall, committed to the Aggies.
Marshall, only the second receiver in this A&M recruiting class along with Noah Thomas, is 6’3”, 195 lbs, and is currently rated as the No. 84 recruit in the country, the No. 12 wide receiver and the No. 16 recruit in the state of Texas.
The commitment of Marshall gives the Aggies 16 commits in the 2022 recruiting class, seven of which are ranked in the national top 100 according to 247 Sports. It also moves the class back into the top 10 nationally, sitting at No. 6 (between Notre Dame and Texas). The Ags also have the highest average rating per recruit in the top 10 outside of Alabama and Ohio State.
