The TV networks and kickoff times for the SEC’s Oct. 16 slate of games was announced on Monday, and to nobody’s surprise, Texas A&M at Missouri got what amounts to the worst time slot, the conference has to offer, airing at 11 a.m. on SEC Network.

Both the Aggies and Tigers are currently 0-2 in SEC play, and the Ags are staring 0-3 in the face as they host No. 1 Alabama this Saturday (Mizzou hosts North Texas). A game that only a few weeks ago seemed like an afterthought (if not a potential trap game) following the showdown with Alabama now fees like a must win just to keep the Ags on track to become bowl eligible.
There is still reason for optimism in the second half of A&M’s season with the return of Haynes King at QB and a fully healthy offensive line finally gets to take the field together. But until then. ugggggggggh.
