Buzz Williams Named AP SEC Coach of the Year

After a dreadful November and a 5-6 start in conference play, the Aggies surged down the stretch and defeated a handful of tournament hopefuls to finish the season tied for 6th in the SEC

Buzz was fully deserving of this award, submitting a 10-8 SEC campaign on the heels of a November run that had many wondering if this was the worst team in major college basketball. All ten victories came as underdogs, including a stunning five away from home.

Next up is our SEC Tournament Opener on Thursday at 6pm against the Missouri Tigers.
