Texas A&M once again saw success on the ground and also protected Kellen Mond, and that effort was rewarded as right tackle Carson Green was named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week.

The A&M line has not allowed a sack in the past four games, giving Mond plenty of time to survey the field. Mond is on pace for career lows in sacks and interceptions, with career highs in passing touchdowns, passing yards and completion percentage. A great deal of this is thanks to the time he’s being given by the guys up front. The veteran unit struggled mightily in 2019, but a year of development, cohestion as a unit and coaching from Josh Henson has them playing as one of the best offensive fronts in the SEC (if not the best).
The Aggies will next travel to Columbia to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
