Most Aggies are rightly focused on the matchup with Arkansas Razorbacks tonight, but the future of the Texas A&M Aggies program saw an uptick this afternoon with commitments from two prospects from the same Miami high school: RB Amari Daniels and ATH Yulkeith Brown.

Amari Daniels
Daniels chose the Aggies over Georgia and Miami, among many other schools. At 5’8” and 200 pounds, he’s a stout running back, currently ranked as the No. 6 all purpose back in the country, the No. 52 overall recruit in Florida and the No. 352 recruit nationally. With A&M still thin at running back following a rash of injuries and transfers, his commitment fills a big area of need for the Aggies, and getting a back that Georgia wanted is always a good idea.
Yulkeith Brown
Brown plays both offense and defense for his high school team, and has scholarship offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami and Penn State, among others. He is ranked as the No. 20 athlete in the country, the No. 44 recruit in Florida and the No. 298 recruit nationally.
A&M now has 18 total commit in the 2021 recruiting class, which is now ranked No. 14 in the country just ahead of Oklahoma.
