As if the victory over Florida wasn’t enough, A&M received some additional good news on Saturday when they got a verbal commitment from three-star defensive end Albert Regis.
And it’s happen. Thank God for every blessing he has gave into my life, I’m proud to say I’m committed to Texas A&M❤️ @CoachE_TAMU pic.twitter.com/jp0hthCPw8

The rankings for Regis are kind of all over the map, as he is the #218 national recruit with a four-star rating on 247, but is a three-star with no national rating at all on Rivals. But he held offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Minnesota, Ole Miss, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech and Virginia Tech, among others, and the offer list is often a better gauge of a player’s talent.
The Aggies currently have 15 commits in the 2021 recruiting class, good for a #16 class ranking nationally (one spot above Texas, but who’s counting). You can also expect that ranking to rise, as all but two classes currently ranked above A&M also have more total commits.
