There isn’t much that could cheer Aggies up today after a 28-20 loss to the Auburn Tigers, but this should at least numb the pain slightly. A&M added another piece to their 2020 recruiting class with the commitment of four-star safety Antonio Johnson from East Saint Louis, Illinois.

Johnson had scholarship offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin, among others. He is rated as the ninth-best safety and the 143rd-best overall player in the country, according to 247 Sports. The Aggies now have 17 commits in their 2020 recruiting class, which is now ranked 12th in the nation (#branding).
