Game times for weeks 1 and 2 have been formally inked, and today news has reached us that the September 14th showdown with LAMAR has been finalized as well:

The full schedule can be found here, but the gist of late August/early September is this:
THURSDAY, AUGUST 29th | Texas State at Texas A&M | 7:30 PM, SECNetwork
The horror. The sheer, sweat-dripping, non-accommodating horror of having to suffer the indignity of a THURSDAY night game that kicks an hour before sundown in the death throes of a swampy summer. Gridlock and desperation, let’s drain the kegs and pack the rafters in this shiny house and get rowdy. The good news? Get that residual angst out of the way early and enjoy the full slate of Friday-Monday’s games without worrying about what the Ags are gonna do against the Bobcats.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH | Texas A&M at Clemson | 2:30 PM, ABC
Hoo boy. This is what we train for. Put on those pleated cargo shorts, gentlemen, and prepare for the big stage. This one tells us how far Jimbo has brought us, and how far he’s got left to go. Hopefully the couple extra days of rest helps out.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH | Lamar at Texas A&M | 6:00 PM, ESPN2/ESPNU
Time to unwind with the second heel of this ungainly powerhouse sandwich. Time to retreat into the comforting and baking catacombs of New Kyle Field and ritualistically dismantle a Southland Conference foe without gazing too hard at Auburn looming on the schedule. Hopefully. Please?
