The Women’s Bouncy Ball Team is in Nashville for the SEC Tourney. The Ags came in as the 5 seed, which meant a first round bye. A&M would play the winner of Arkansas-Vanderbilt, two teams that we had taken care of in the regular season. Arkansas, which had lost to Vandy on Sunday, took out the Dores 88-76.
This will be a really short recap because the game was a blowout that I didn’t get to watch much of. Bottom line: Ags by 30.
Final Score A&M 82 Arkansas 52
The Ags played 11 players and all of them scored. A&M outrebounded the Hogs 63-32 while shooting > 50% and holding Arkansas under 25%. Only turnovers kept it from being worse for Arkansas.
@aggieWBB was able to watch more than I could:

The only bad thing was that Kayla Wells hit her head hard on the floor late in the game and may be in concussion protocol.
Friday the Ags play LSU at around 2:30. It will be on the SEC Network, but I’ll only be peeking at the game via streaming.
