The great National Signing Day news continues for the Texas A&M Aggies, as they just receivecd verbal commitments from a couple four-star recruits from Montgomery, Alabama, in the form of quarterback James Foster and offensive guard Tank Jenkins. Both players visited College Station last weekend.
Foster was long-rumored to be an LSU lean, and was assumed to be signing with Florida State leading up to signing day. He is the 12th-best dual-threat quarterback in the country, the 10th-best player in Alabama and the 271st-best player in the country. Tank Jenkins will join his teammate in Aggieland, choosing Texas A&M over Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Auburn and others. He is the 11th-best guard in the country, the 8th-best player in Alabama and the 253rd-best player in the country.
The Aggies are now up to 18 commits in the 2018 recruiting class, including 10 four-star recruits. A class that was ranked as low as 35th in the country as late as Monday afternoon is now shaping up to finish as a top 15 or top 20 class.
