Bowl matchups are dropping, and the 8-4 Aggies will face off against the North Carolina State Wolfpack in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. The game will be played in Jacksonville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, and air on ESPN.

- This marks the 10th straight year A&M has gone to a bowl game, but the first time in 71 years they will travel to the state of Florida for a bowl.
- NC State finished the regular season at 9-3, with a 5-3 record in the Atlantic Coast Conference. A&M finished the regular season at 8-4, with a 5-3 record in the Southeastern Conference.
