DISCLAIMER: there were very bad moments in this game. Bonehead plays. Sloppy shit.

But I’m here to blow sunshine straight up your asses because we beat an SEC West team at Kyle Field in November for the first time in three years. Yippi-ki-yay and what have you. Let’s just savor it for a bit, tread water in this strange sensation of enjoyment before getting sucked back into the eddies of despair that overwhelm the currents of the internet after a brief respite.

1-11. This was Ole Miss’ third down conversion rate. And that one conversion came with under a minute left in the game with Elko’s guys in prevent mode. Crucial.

1: Fumble recovery. Folks, go out and buy some scratchers, play the stock market, do whatever games of chance capture your fancy. The stars have truly aligned today. We doubled our season total today.

5: Touchdowns by the offense. Shattering their previous high output in SEC play.

31-228: Trayveon Williams. Another touchdown as well. Cruised into the thousand yard club and did a couple laps inside before settling down.

502: Total offensive yards. Pretty good!

1/1: 100% on field goals! Very good!

17-3: Fourth quarter score! EXTREMELY VERY PRETTY GOOD

11: Alaka tackles. Linebacker leading the team in tackles? That’s the good stuff. Also had a sack and 1.5 TFL. Daylon Mack and Donovan Wilson joined the sack party. The seniors stepped up this morning, and better late than never.

1: sack allowed by the OL. We’ve been pretty brutal on them here, and they showed improvement today.

67: yards rushing allowed.

2: more games left this season. Looking forward to finishing strong.
