It’s been 2,184 days since Johnny Manziel and crew almost broke 700 yards of offense in a 25-point incineration of Dan Mullen’s Bulldogs. The last two trips have been the complete opposite: horrendous for the Aggies in every way imaginable.
Hopefully that all ends today. This can be said for every single conference game remaining on the schedule: this is Jimbo’s biggest test, and the win he needs the most. Winning 25% of the games against this opponent over the last four years doesn’t cut it. Tonight we’ll see if this team is going to be able to finish a season on their own terms. So far, all signs point to yes, but that’s why we play the games.
Let’s enjoy it. Football is fun.
