The Texas A&M Aggies first need to take care of the South Carolina Gamecocks this weekend, but Oct. 7 then looms large with a matchup with the Alabama Crimson Tide. The SEC has announced kickoff times for that weekend and the Ags will get a night game on ESPN as they take their shot at Goliath at Kyle Field, kicking off at 6:15 p.m.

Yeah yeah, we know there isnt’ a whole lot of reason to believe A&M has what it takes to beat Alabama, but as of now, both teams are tied for first in the SEC West, so until proven otherwise, this is a big game. It’s also the first night game in the series since the Aggies joined the SEC, so let’s hope a big crowd and a fast start can lead to an electric atmosphere at Kyle.
