WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • There are still tickets available, so click HERE and get yours.
  • Prairie View A&M is 1-0 after beating rival Texas Southern, 29-25 on Sunday.
  • Texas A&M is 1-0 after knocking off #16 UCLA in Overtime, 31-24 on Saturday.
  • PVAMU plays in the SWAC, and is coming off of an 8-2 season in 2015.

VEGAS ODDS:

  • No lines out (and probably wont be; but post them in the comments if you find them).  This is going to be a new part of the first glance so you have an early week reference point for betting lines to see if they move and by how much come kickoff.

HISTORICAL NOTES:

  • PVAMU and Texas A&M were both founded in 1876, as agricultural and mechanical schools in an age of segregation.
  • PVAMU and A&M have never played each other in their 140 years of existence.
  • Famous Students? I pity the fool that doesn't know that Mr. T attended for one year before he was expelled.
