The Aggies finally have a defensive tackle commit in the 2017 recruiting class, and it comes in the form of three-star Jayden Peevy from Bellaire High School, who committed on Friday afternoon.
Texas A&M secured Peevy’s commitment over a list of schools including Baylor, Houston, Ole Miss and Tennessee. He stands at 6’6” and 290 pounds, and is ranked as the 53rd-best defensive tackle in the country and the 97th-best prospect in Texas according to 247 Sports.
Peevy becomes the 17th member of Texas A&M’s 2017 class.
