Stop me if you’ve heard this one: It’s June and Texas A&M received a commitment from another high-profile recruit. Kevin Sumlin and the Aggies received their eighth commit of the month (and fourth 4-star) in the form of 6’4”, 300-pound center Creed Humphrey from Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Humphrey is rated as one of the very best centers in the country, so this is no small get for the Aggies, likely thanks in no small part to the return of Offensive Line Coach Jim Turner (it’s gotta be the pants).
Texas A&M now has 16 commits in it’s rapidly growing 2017 class, which is ranked seventh in the country by 247 Sports. With A&M only taking 22 players in 2016, expect the Aggies to sign beyond the 25-player limit 2017, applying any early enrollees to the previous class.
Now take a few moments to break down these always-informative offensive line highlights and provide your expert analysis in the comments.
