BASKETBALL DID THE THING. Ags wiped the floor with Ben Simmons' LSU team. It was a joke game (in basketball relativity) of 71- 38. Ags showed up and did their job. Perhaps Billy Kennedy was motivated with his new five year contract extension. Whatever it is, the Aggies are going to take on Kentucky again for the SEC FINAL OMG HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? Very happy for the basketball fans that have been waiting a while for this. Game is on at noon in Nashville on ESPN.
TEXAS TECH SOFTBALL TEAM TAKES VACATION IN AGGIELAND. These ladies are just glad to be out of Lubbock-- even if they are getting pummeled by the Aggie team. Friday and Saturday's games in the series were marked by high first inning runs by the Ags and the Raiders unable to catch up in time with both games ending early with a run rule. Aggies go for the sweep at 12:30, watch on SEC Network+.
OH, FRES-NO. Aggie Baseball was blessed by Olsen Magic with a 10th inning win over Fresno State yesterday. Walker Pennington was responsible for the nail biting, bubble inducing 4-3 win after a sluggish and "not as good as they should be" performance. Nick Banks was robbed of a game winning run when his last hit was snagged by the pitcher. Today's another day and another whammy, Ags look to clinch up the series today at 1:04 PM on SEC Network+.
HERE. Long time A&M Student of Activities staff member Rusty Thompson '85 passed away yesterday of a heart attack. He was an adviser for Student Services, Muster Committee and the Yell Leaders. He and his family had a rough week and a GoFundMe was established for the Thompson family to cover expenses. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
BTHO kentucky, tech, and fresno state!
