Turner was the Aggies' O-Line Coach from 2008 to 2011 under former head coach Mike Sherman. Turner helped recruit and develop one of the best offensive lines in A&M history, which included players such as Jake Matthews, Luke Joeckel, Patrick Lewis and Cedric Ogbuehi, all of whom now start in the NFL. The line was the strength of the A&M offense in the Johnny Manziel era, and arguably it's weakest component in 2015.
