WHAT ELSE WE GOT?
Hey...turns out Texas A&M had the NO. 1 DEFENSE in one category: number of plays on the field. Yes, the Wrecking Crew led the nation in snaps played, edging out Oregon and Texas to take home the prize. The prize in this case is a TEXAS BOWL, as 2nd and 3rd place prizes get new coaches and an unlimited sense of refreshed optimism.
"We played more snaps than any other team in the SEC on defense," Sumlin said. "With that being the case I think we were worn down towards the end of the year."
No offense, Coach, but...no shit.
OH NO DEs ARE THIS YEAR’S QBs. Myles: gone early to the draft. Daeshon: graduating. And now an underclassman is set to transfer. SUMLIN HAS LOST CONTROL YET AGAIN WE WILL HAVE A WALK-ON AND A BLOCKING SLED WITH ABS PAINTED ON IT STARTING AT EITHER DEFENSIVE END SPOT COME AUGUST.
UH YEAH THAT’S A LOT OF HARDWARE. Kansas State had the second-most All-Big 12 players behind conference champions Oklahoma, and took home a number of individual awards, particularly on defense. Once again, Bill Snyder has turned itinerant plains drifters into dominant football players. Beware.
Have a hell of a Tuesday.
