Texas A&M Football suffered a big setback today with the news that starting QB Trevor Knight is out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. Sumlin made the announcement at his weekly press conference. There is still some hope he will recover enough to play in the bowl game.

Knight injured his shoulder while diving for a touchdown against Mississippi State in Starkville last Saturday. He returned briefly, but eventually returned to the locker room and was in street clothes on the sideline for the second half. He was having a solid senior campaign and leads the team in rushing touchdowns. Junior backup QB Jake Hubenak will get the start against Ole Miss on Saturday.
