Five Aggies invited to NFL combine

Former Texas A&M players look to begin their journey to the pros.

Five Texas A&M football players have been invited to the annual NFL Scouting Combine: Running back Trey Williams, offensive tackle Cedric Ogbuehi, offensive guard Jarvis Harrison, tight end Cameron Clear and kicker Josh Lambo.

Ogbuehi enters the combine with the highest projected draft stock among the Aggies, with experts predicting him to go as early as the late first round in mock drafts. Williams is the lone underclassman in the group, leaving College Station with one year of eligibility remaining. Two surprising omissions from the combine invite list are Texas A&M wide receiver Malcome Kennedy and cornerback Deshazor Everett.

The combine will take place Tuesday, Feb. 17, through Monday, Feb. 23, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, and be broadcast on NFL Network.
