Aggies vs. Spartans tip off in Texas A&M season opener

Welcome back to the court, everyone. While the football team is diligently preparing for Western Carolina tomorrow, Billy Kennedy and the gang are ready to take on South Carolina Upstate tonight at Reed Arena. Because this is a weekend for opponents who reference states and/or regions of states that may or may not exist.

Now, on to the matter at hand. It's business time.

USC Upstate plays in the Atlantic Sun

It's a low-tier D1 conference with only eight teams, and they were picked to finish sixth in their preseason poll. That's not very good.

The Atlantic Sun also loves to add way too many people to their all-conference teams (10 to the SEC's 9), yet no SCSU player made the cut. That's also not very good.

Guys, I don't think USC Upstate is very good. I think we are going to win this basketball game. #taek
