Kenny Hill's family applies for trademark on 'Kenny Trill'

According to Karen Howell's tweet above, Kenny Hill's parents have applied for a trademark on the term "Kenny Trill." As with the Manziel family's trademarking of "Johnny Football," neither Texas A&M nor the Hill family can sell products with "Kenny Trill" that in any way hint of a connection to Kenny. In essence, this is a move to establish ownership of the term and prevent others from profiting from Hill's new-found fame.

Then again, I'm no lawyer, so this could be completely wrong.
