Texas A&M reaches settlement with Bills fan group over 12th Man trademark

As reported by Kristi Dosh of Outkick the Coverage, Texas A&M has reached a settlement agreement with the Bullfalo Bills fan group "12th Man Thunder" that will result in the domain name and associated social media accounts reverting to Texas A&M.

A&M recently came under fire for aggressively pursuing legal action against the group because one member, Charles Sonntag, is a cancer survivor and double amputee. In Dosh's article, she illustrates how overblown his role in the process was, and why A&M was under a legal obligation to defend their trademark.
