Cleveland Browns' general manager Ray Farmer announced that the team and QB Johnny Manziel agreed to terms on Tuesday. The Aggie Heisman trophy winner was selected by Cleveland with the 22nd pick in the 1st round of the NFL Draft. NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported details of Manziel's rookie deal:
Johnny Manziel’s 4-year contract is worth approximately $8.3M with a roughly $4.3M signing bonus. Whopping 94% guaranteed (65% in year 4)

Johnny Manziel has a $250K roster bonus in Year 4 due in March, so he receives that before the season starts. Another nice win.
