Houston's Saint Arnold Brewing Company - which is Texas' oldest, and largest, craft brewery - has been hosting pub crawls in various parts of Houston for a number of years. Due to their popularity, those pub crawls have eventually started taking place in Austin recently as well. Now, for the first time ever, the Saint Arnold Pub Crawl will be happening in College Station this Saturday March 1st.
Before we get into filling you in on all the details, I want to strongly emphasize a few quick things up front...
1. Drink Responsibly
2. These pub crawls are SUPER fun.
3. You don't have to drink at every stop on the crawl.
4. Pace Yourself.
5. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
Craft Beer is not Coors Light or Keystone, so just keep that in mind as you make your way through the pub crawl. OK, moving on.
The Details
Saint Arnold will utilize their "open house" schedule for the first seven stops, which is typical for all of their other pub crawls. This means you can visit those stops in any order. You'll get your ticket at whichever stop you decide to visit first, and from there you'll visit the other seven seven stops. We will be handing the tickets out between 2:00 and 3:00 PM only, so make sure you get out there by 3:00. It's important to remember that you don't have to drink a beer (or anything at all) at every stop.
At 6:00, everybody will gather at the final stop - Blackwater Draw - and that's where the prizes for completing the pub crawl will be awarded. As is the case for all Saint Arnold pub crawls, the prize for completing the crawl is a handsome Saint Arnold pint glass. There will be a large but limited supply. Designated drivers are always eligible for the award and encouraged to attend!
