As players began to report to the sunshine state this week for the Under Armour All-American game, word began to spread that the best receiver in the country was shockingly leaning towards the Aggies over the home town Bayou Bengals. During his 1st quarter announcement, Noil confirmed those suspicions and donned a maroon Aggie cap.

The 5'10" New Orleans native is ranked by 247Sports.com's Composite Ranking as the 11th best player in the country and 3rd in the state of Louisiana. Considered a long-time LSU Tiger lean, Kevin Sumlin and David Beaty pulled quite the coup in getting him to head out of state to play his college ball. It's no secret that Speedy overcame a strong desire from his mom and grandmother to stay closer to home. Another factor in the Ags corner was good friend Noel Ellis already wearing the maroon and white. In fact, Speedy alluded to their friendship weighing in on his decision. Despite the good news today, this one won't be over until the ink dries.

Noil is a player that affects the ball game by making plays from all over the field. In his highlights you see him line up at quarterback, runningback and kick returner, as well as receiver. He has elite agility and change of direction to go with the speed needed to pull away from defenders. With Speedy's commitment, the Aggies move up to the 3rd overall 2014 class according to 247Sports.com. He is the Aggies 3rd wide receiver commit, joining Jamal Jeffery and Josh Reynolds.
