The SEC Women's Soccer coaches took a look into their crystal soccer balls and sent in their preseason votes to place all the lofty expectations on one team. Coming off a great first season in the SEC, Coach Guerrieri and Aggie Soccer were tabbed as the top team in the league 91 points and 13 first place votes in the SEC West. LSU came in second place in the SEC West with a really distant 67 points. Over in the East, Florida garnered the most first place votes (11) and just missed out on overall top honors with 89 total points.

The Aggies will start their season one month from today when the Duke Blue Devils make the trip to College Station. Coach Guerrieri will have an exciting team to watch this season with three returning players that earned first-team SEC honors last season. It should be another exciting season for the Ags, and we're looking forward to talking about with Coach G in the coming weeks.

It's not too late to get in on the Aggie Soccer action. You can grab your season tickets here and help the Maroon Militia push the Aggies to their 19th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.
