IT'S TIME TO GET SOME HARDWARE. The A&M's women's tennis team came up just short of a national title against Stanford, but don't get too down Pat Henry and the A&M men's track team are favored to win another national title. The Aggies are heavy on sprinters and hurdles and are the favorites to prevail over Arkansas and Oregon among others.
LETS ALL GO TO THE BEACH. The SEC spring meetings are taking place this week in Destin, Florida. Jon Cooper at Saturday Down South lays out what you need to know about this cabal. One of the items at the forefront is whether the permanent cross-divisional rivalries will be maintained. Kate Hairopoulos (great name) for the DMN gives a nice recap of day one. Not to be outdone as Aggie journalists, Ranger222 will be weighing in on the future of SEC scheduling, and GBH photographers were able to snap this photo before being thrown out of the beach party by security.

JUDGE ME BY MY SIZE DO YOU? Despite his diminutive presence, people listen when Nick Saban speaks. Little Nicky did not disappoint Tuesday, coming out in favor of a nine game conference schedule , and making sure to troll Ohio State. Oh yeah, he also lavished some praise on Johnny Manziel, noting that his instincts, improvisation, and general awesomeness make him difficult to prepare for.
MORE SCHEDULING INTRIGUE. Most are aware of both LSU and A&M's desire to move our game to Thanksgiving weekend, but LSU AD Joe Alleva is now publicly affirming that desire. He doesn't want to play on Turkey Day though.
NEED MOAR FOOTBALL READING? SBNation's Bill Connelly is previewing every SEC team starting from the bottom. His methodology and analysis is like nothing you've read before. You may love it, you may disagree with it, but it's better than reading about the NBA right? (Apologies to Dr. Camacho and other Spurs fans)
Enjoy your Wednesday, Ags. I'm getting pumped up for this weekend's regional action. I think the Aggie Baseball team got a sweet draw and has a chance to get through the weekend. This is some real good Kool-Aid, Mr. Jones! Personally, I wish Coach Childress would roll the dice and start Parker Ray against UC Santa Barbara but I know he won't. Agree? Disagree? Let me hear it in the comments.
