Softball starts up, Johnny dons a normal cap in tribute and attempts to silence the haters.

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Haters gon' hate. Johnny addresses the hand-wringing internet matrons and assures us that he is still doing academic things as well. The first handful of comments includes the son of a future "board of regions" member, a conspiracy theorist, and a Tetris expert. Some folks just can't be satisfied.

Uh-oh. This is not part of the process, gentlemen. Four Alabama players were arrested Monday for robbery/credit card fraud. But these guys didn't go on clothing or electronics spending sprees. Nah, they settled for snacks from vending machines. ROLL LIFE SAVERS. Nick Saban was unavailable for comment, so let's just check in with "The Voice of the SEC:"

He really is the master.

Around GBH. HUGE day today. Good Bull Bouncyball will return to its established level of artistic brilliance this week, thanks to the return of Stewade. Check in on our Basketball page for the latest. We'll also wrap with Part 3 of jzimmermann11's Baseball preview. Parts 1 and 2 can be found on the Baseball page. OrionHjarvis gave us a great look at the 2014 recruiting cycle yesterday. You can get your recruiting fix anytime over on, well, Recruiting. (You can navigate to any of these pages by hovering on the "Sections" tab at the top of the page if you're ever looking for something and don't see it on the main page.)

And don't forget about Wildcard Wednesday! Follow thacktor to keep up with the latest topics of discussion for the only weekly feature on SBNation that pushes the limits of both appropriate conversation and textual formatting.

Touched on it yesterday, but DeLoss Dodds puts foot in mouth again. Mizzou fans had plenty to say in the comments, including this:

Mizzou may be getting pummelled in the SEC

But at least we can see our games :)

HA HO LET'S MOVE MIKE EVANS TO CENTER. He's tall, you see. Click the arrows if you dare. (OK, that wasn't a real suggestion, but probably only because the slideshow limit is finite.)
