Biggest Thursday ever? Baylor somehow won 41-12 over a top ten team and made it feel close because they actually faced a defense. It was kind of fun at first when it was a baseball score but then I got up for five minutes right before halftime, missed two touchdowns, and it was suddenly all over.
That's OK because after that we got to see Stanford getting busy just abusing Oregon up front en route to a 26-20 victory. Cue the comparisons to Alabama, then cue the clamor over the loss to Utah, and then cue both of them at once.
Ohhh, I can't wait to see what it is. It appears as though running back Ben Malena, one of the team's clear-cut leaders, is planning a special intro for tomorrow afternoon on Senior Day. And while it probably won't be backflips since he doesn't want to be shown up by Christine Michael, there is no doubt that it will be memorable.
Well, shi--...wait, what? The rumor also mentions Jon Gruden? Carry on. Yep, USC stuff again. Oh, my gracious.
COMING SOON. Your Q&A with For Whom the Cowbell Tolls, we promise. It's quite informational. And if you haven't read it yet, fletcher.massie's writeup on the Aggie Medal of Honor recipients is excellent.
Aaand, your Friday gif. Guess who:
